On January 1, I shared the very first block in Paper Piecing Vintage: The King’s Crows.
Paper Piecing Vintage is a block of the month and there are 12 blocks in the quilt, but there’s no reason that each block can’t feature in a quilt of it’s own!
I had lots of fun playing with this idea for each month’s design and will share those with you as the year goes along.
Enjoy these ideas for fun layouts, all using the 12″ version of January’s PPV block.
And, in case you wonder…
Vintage-inspired patterns on white with cornerstones.
Blue and Black, one of my favorite combos!
Blue and Yellow: hello, sunshine!
There must be purple. Always purple!
This one makes me think of ice, and I LOVE the floating cornerstones!
