   Wouldn’t you know it the one I would like to download it doesn’t work. I wanted the Asl I love you design but the link does not work to download the design. I have a daughter that is deaf and I would love to use this design on a quilt for her. My blog is not finished yet if you go there but please email me about this design.

   Thank you very much for posting these patterns. there are many that I have been searching for! I am making a measuring quilt–it is a fabric tape measure with simple boy or girl blocks on either side. You hang it on the wall and measure the kids as they grown instead of a paper strip. However, finding small, paper pieced blocks that are juvenile and free is not an easy task! Thanks, again!

    Your I Love You in sign language are very special. I lost a daughter two years ago–she was 24; she had lost most of her hearing in infancy due to an illness. I’m trying to build up the courage to make a memorial quilt from some of her clothes I have kept (and wear). The I Love You hand signs will be perfect. Now I have a pretty good reason to learn paper piecing!

    you know I love your patterns, but I am making giraffe 2012 and cannot get it together. The sewing order indicates E>F, but I cannot figure out where they go together… Please help, I am having a brain lock down on this.

    Hi Jennifer, I just started paper piecing and I find it to be a lot of fun. The patterns on this site are so cool! My husband is even getting into it (a little) and, of course, now he has a request that I can’t find. He would like me to make something with the Green Bay Packers logo…do you know where or how I can find one? Or how to make a pattern? Any help is greatly appreciated.

       I personally don’t know of a Green Bay pattern, but I have added it to the Request list on my other website, Fandom In Stitches. We have a lot of volunteer designers, so there is always a chance someone will draft it for you!

    Hi, wonderful patterns and thanks so much for sharing them. I wanted to do the Sitting Hen but I find the pattern confusing. Do you have one that has the coloration like so many of your others? I figured out most of it except for the hen’s head, not sure which little bits should be yellow and which need to be background. Just thought I’d ask.

    I’ve never paper pieced is there any particular place you would recommend for me to get instructions? I downloaded your 7 point star to make a Quilt of Valor. I would like to pair it up with a simple large 9 patch block and practice a quilt as you go method for this QoV quilt since we have a lot to get done for the big presentation in Austin in Feb.
