Paper Piecing Vintage: January

Paper Piecing Vintage - January

Happy New Year!

Let’s get this year started right: with fabric and fun!

Introducing The King’s Crows, the very first block from Paper Piecing Vintage, my very special Block of the Month with patterns available exclusively through Craftsy!

The King’s Crows is inspired by a hand-pieced, hand drawn block by the same name that I found in a quilt catalog from the 1800s.

As with all the blocks from PPV, The King’s Crows is entirely paper pieced a both 6″ and 12″ patterns.

Just printed this out! Love the block and can’t wait to get started! I am going to be doing the 6″ blocks in 30s repros to add to my block stash. Not sure what I am going to do the 12″ blocks in yet. Have to see what I have enough of fabric wise!
