Just a quicky for Friday!
In the Great Clean-Up of 2012, one of my goals for my sewing space is to keep my sewing table clear. The last thing leave the table top were my bobbins.
They were already tamed by using soft hair bands to keep them wound, the next thing was storage.
I wanted easy access and the ability to sort the bobbins.
One recycled egg carton later, and I’m all set!

I have mine on my thread organizer, but the unraveling was driving me crazy. Using hair bands is pure genius! Thanks for the idea!
I used to try to keep mine with the spool of thread it went with, but I just didn’t have room on my thread organizer. This is working out really well for me! And the hairbands? LOVE them!
Nice bobbin fix! carton and little bands!
or even, IF one doesn’t bake….the old muffin tin?
I’m sure that would would work, too!
I love the egg carton bobbin storage! Thank you for sharing that :o)
Thanks, Paige! You know I love free and easy!
