This adorable wee Santa jumped right out of my head today.  I carried him all through the supermarket, telling him to hush, we’d go home soon.  The moment the last grocery was put away, my laptop was out, Photoshop fired up, and Lil’ St. Nick was having his say.

I love the way he turned out and I hope he puts you in the holiday spirit!

As always, if you make any pattern or craft from sewhooked,  I’d love to see a photo. Email me or add it to the Friends of Sewhooked flickr group.

Happy crafting

That is so adorable! I have to make it right now! Except I promised myself I wouldn’t touch my machine unless it was directly related to binding my current quilt. I have a feeling that sucker is getting bound tonight!

Do you have any other cute ideas in mind? I am envisioning a cute little Christmas wall hanging. I wish I had your talent for design! I’m so glad you share with us design impaired folks.

Thanks! I’m really happy with the little stinker. He bounced around in my head all day just as happy as he can be.

I was thinking of maybe doing a couple more Santas…maybe action poses. I’ll let you know how that goes!

This is so adorable! I love it. I may just try it. i”ve never paper pieced before though.

Please do let me know if you want to try it out and need some pointers. I have a couple of tutorials and I’m also always pleased to help someone wanting to try their hand at it!
