Back in November, I posted the UFO Deadline Challenge over on Talk To Me Tuesday. The idea was to choose a UFO and finish it. Any UFO and just GET IT DONE!
The prize for such a simple challenge? Every person that participated, whether they finished or not, has donated a prize! The winner gets all the prizes except the prize the winner donated, which goes to second prize. This short little video is the announcement of those winners!

I talk a lot in this video about my freshly finished quilt, Grannie’s Nine Patch. I’ve added some photos and other videos below in order to share a little more history and process.
March 16, 2010, where I show off the blocks for the very first time.
The blocks when I first received them from my Mom.
Pieced into a top and pin basted for quilting.
And, the finished product!
Be sure and watch today’s video for more about Grannie’s Nine Patch,
this wonderfully huge quilt made out of nine patch blocks from my childhood!
