TTMT #715 – Sew, Show, & Giveaway

In which I gush over the fabulous package I received from Jeanie Payment and offer up one of the extras she shared with me for a giveaway! I also talk about working on my scrappy reproduction quilt.

Visit Jeanie’s website for more about this project and to get her free pattern.

TTMT #714 – It’s a Sign

In which I talk about a UFO finish, updating my hexagon project board, and progress on my quilt reproduction project. Nary a depressing topic in sight. Happy heart day, everyone!

Stay until the end for the Cat Cameo. Iliad is especially cute this week!

TTMT #713 – Treepocalypse

In which I share absolutely nothing crafty but do talk about our last week. We were hit hard during the winter storms here in Austin and the damage is still unbelievable. We feel very fortunate that all of our people and pets are okay. BIG thanks to everyone who checked on us or offered help. ♥

I forgot to mention that I did have to reschedule my most recent surgical follow-up. I hope it’s the last time I have to reschedule an appointment because my car is under a tree!

TTMT #709 – Serious Conversation

My dear friends, in this video I share an update on my post-op and talk about what you’ve all been asking me: why I can no longer take donations on behalf of The Linus Connection.

If you have mailed a quilt top to me in the last six months or so and you haven’t seen it quilted yet, please let me know if you are okay with my donating to a charity organization at a later date. I won’t be able to quilt for some time yet and I don’t know where my donations will be going at that time.

The orphan blocks you send will still be used to #quiltforgood because that is what I love to do.

Hello, friends.

I am no longer able to accept donations on behalf of The Linus Connection. I will continue to #quiltforgood and will still work with orphan blocks to make that happen, but if you have quilt tops, quilts, fleece, knit, or crochet blankets to donate, you can drop them off at Honey Bee Quilt Store (Austin, TX), Poppy Quilt N Sew (Georgetown, TX), or drop them at the monthly meeting.

If you have been mailing in donations to me personally, I encourage to you find a non-profit in your area. Your talent will be needed and appreciated.

If you prefer to continue donations via The Linus Connection, you can send donations to The Linus Connection, P.O. Box 29491, Austin, Texas 78755.

See you on Tuesday!

❤ Jennifer
