Quirky Qwerty Alphabet!
I’m pleased to present Quirky QWERTY Alphabet, a set of 56 easy-to-piece paper pieced patterns.
Blocks are 6″ blocks (6 1/2″ unfinished). Get the entire set from my Etsy Pattern Shop for just $8.95. That’s right, 56 patterns to incorporate names, emoticons, birthdays, anniversaries or whatever else you like into your quilt projects for only $9!

2014 in review

Hello, boys!
While working on another project this morning, I needed to delve into one of my many sample boxes.
The gents from Monster Madness were on top and I could not resist getting them out for an impromptu photo!
Originally intended for a book that I wrote in 2008 – 2009, these handsome fellas are available as the Monster Madness set or as individual patterns on Craftsy!

from Singing in the Rain

When I shared the Kitty Vending Machine on Friday, I mentioned back to school and all the busyness that entails. Well, it seems that during the crazy last week, I forgot to share my Summer of Stitching design for the I ❤ Musicals theme!
I now have one kiddo back to university for her second year and one about to return to high school for his junior year, so life is starting to calm down a tiny bit. Now I’m here at 7:30 in the morning to share!
I had a lot of fun stitching this one and have been singing Moses Supposes off and on ever since! Singing in the Rain was a favorite of both of my kids when they were little and it’s still one of our favorite family movies.

Another finish for ’14 – Mustachio Quilt
It’s been quite some time since I mentioned (or touched!) my 2014 UFO To Do List! These are projects that have been in progress or that I’ve been meaning to start. Most of them have been on my list for multiple years. Eek!
My Mustachio blocks are finally a quilt, with fmq & binding complete at last! This fun quilt now lives at the top of my stairs!
